SKF - Simplification on shop floor App
Challenge: System flow disconnected from manufacturing reality, cumbersome to navigate and get an overview of the process. Incorrect inputs and manual mistakes created orders with errors needed to be corrected back-office, which generated ripple-effects in the supply chain.
Solution: Went from user interaction with terminal screen, to an iOS native solution on SAP cloud platform that drastically simplified operations.
Business & User value: With the iOS native app basically no training needed, significant reduction of system related errors as well as system related processing time.

In 2006
Graduated from Chalmers University of Technology/Gothenburg University, bachelor degree in Software Engineering and Management.
2006 to 2009
Worked with software development at various companies
2009-2012
Developed apps for Android and iOS. The role transitioned to leading a team of developers, UX and designers. Also, business development for the team, for my employer and for customers.
2012-2017
Global IT responsible at Mölnlycke Health Care. During this period I established the entire mobile offering towards the business. Including App Factory, a feature for developing and publishing apps. During this time I also held these roles: Vendor Manager Apps & Web, Apps Manager in Digital Team, Global Marketing.
2017 to 2022
Founded the company eConnectivity AB together with my former colleague Claes Widestadh and the investor Joakim Naumburg. We specialised in the segment: Enterprise Mobility, how apps and mobile devices need to have seamless integration to be compatible with policies and regulations, while ensuring optimal UX. Our slogan: "as simple as consumer apps, but with enterprise complexity". End of 2020 Techstep.io acquired us.
Now
Now I offer my services and knowledge in my own brand. I am on a constant lookout for new fun projects, interesting collaborations and inspiring individuals.
